Step 1: go to the bank official website www.hdfcbank.com
Step 2: go to the ‘Products’ tab
Step 3: select ‘Credit Cards’ tab
Step 4: on the Credit Cards page, go to ‘Important Links’ tab and click ‘Track Your Credit Card Application Status’.
Step 5: once you go to the track status page, you will be asked to fill in credentials to track the application.

Step 2: Once you open this link, a page will pop-up asking for a mobile number which is your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to this number.
Step 3: Enter the OTP
Step 4: Enter the captcha image code
Step 5: click ‘Submit’.
On submission, the website will show you the present status of your application.

Step 1: go to the official website www.hdfcbank.com and go to the credit cards sections at

Step 2: enter your AirWay Bill number
Step 3: Click ‘Submit’
On submission, the website will show you the present status of your application.

STATUS OF APPLICATION
Once you have entered your desired details and checked your application status, you will be presented with either of the five status types:
1. In-process
2. Dispatched
3. Disapproved
4. On-hold
5. No records found

Status: In-process
If the status of your application is ‘In-Process’ that means your application is still under review and may take some more time to be dispatched.

Status: Dispatched
If the status is dispatched, your card has already been sent by the bank is on the way. You must have received an SMS regarding the dispatch.
If the card gets further delayed, consider connecting with the HDFC Customer Care.

Status: Disapproved
This status means your application will not be processed further. You will receive the same intimation via SMS as well on your registered mobile number.

Status: On-hold
In case there are some details or documents missing, your application would be put on hold. The bank will contact you over email or SMS or call regarding the same to do the needful.

Status: No Records Found
There might be some technical glitches or some incorrect details. In either case, the bank will contact you soon.
