Step 3: select ‘Credit Cards’ tab

On submission, the website will show you the present status of your application.

STATUS OF APPLICATION

Once you have entered your desired details and checked your application status, you will be presented with either of the five status types:
1. In-process
2. Dispatched
3. Disapproved
4. On-hold
5. No records found

Status: In-process
If the status of your application is ‘In-Process’ that means your application is still under review and may take some more time to be dispatched.

Status: Dispatched
If the status is dispatched, your card has already been sent by the bank is on the way. You must have received an SMS regarding the dispatch.
If the card gets further delayed, consider connecting with the HDFC Customer Care.

Status: Disapproved
This status means your application will not be processed further. You will receive the same intimation via SMS as well on your registered mobile number.

Status: On-hold
